Computers have a minimum 1 year
manufacturers parts and labour warranty on the hardware.
Extended on-site
warranties are available.
We are the local
service centre for Arche Computers, our
largest selling brand. In the unlikely event of an Arche computer
needing
warranty attention, service is provided by us right here in Levin,
ensuring
prompt service and minimal downtime.
We are also the
service centre in Horowhenua for Sirrocco
Computers, Maxtor Computers and Artec Computers.
Other brands such as
Compaq, HP, Acer, and Toshiba are
serviced by the manufacturers appointed agents usually contacted by an
0800
number.
Can you fix Viruses and Trojans?
If you suspect your
computer has a virus or trojan, bring it
in to us promptly.
Our fully qualified
technicans can speedily check
your system and undertake the appropriate measures to cure
the problem.
Do
you provide on Site Servicing?
